We are seeking an orchestral musician with strong leadership and communication skills. The position is one of two full-time principal double bass roles, with responsibilities shared equally. Thus,the job includes serving as both number one and number two on the first desk. At present, the salary for the position begins at NOK 746,605 and increases over time to a maximum of 851,438 per year, based on years of employment.

Trondheim Symphony Orchestra & Opera (TSO), established in 1909, is one of Norway's leading cultural institutions, based at Olavshallen, Trondheim.
